David Sitler

Project Manager + Landscape Designer

Dave has been a project manager and designer with ETM Associates since 2008 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Planning and Design from Rutgers University. His experience managing public space design projects of varying scopes has provided him with a unique understanding of the dynamics involved in creating a successful landscape environment.

Dave has a passion for learning how things work and come together. His attention to detail and knowledge of construction, implementation and management help him to approach projects with a holistic understanding.

During his tenure with ETM, Dave has carefully integrated historical character with contemporary use and design on several historical property master plans and design projects. He has also overseen several public space management projects, which require in-depth study and creative thinking to identify and resolve potential issues and to effectively design, manage and maintain these public spaces.

Some of Dave’s projects include: The Highline in New York City; 2012 London Olympic Park; Governors Island in New York City; and Canal Park in Washington, D.C.  He was the lead designer and project manager for the Mercer Meadows Master Plan and Phase I implementation projects in Mercer County, NJ as well as the Case-Dvoor Farm Site Management Plan in Hunterdon County, NJ.  Dave also oversaw construction of the Mary Ellen Kramer Park, Great Falls project in Paterson, NJ.
